Spring Fling the Auction Thing
Mark your calendars for Saturday, April 16th! Plans are underway for an evening of food, entertainment, fund-raising and fun for the whole family!
Spring Fling the Auction Thing is a major fund-raiser. You can help by donating experiences, services, and/or items. Volunteering to help on auction night is fun too, so please consider those opportunities.
Be creative! Start thinking about what part you will play.
There will be fun for all ages, beginning with a spaghetti dinner to kick off the event. We will keep our format with a shortened Live Auction and expanded Silent Auction (traditional competitive bidding). Our Prix Fixe Section will be back by popular demand within the Silent Auction. Remember to arrive on time to get “first dibs: as the Prix Fixe items/events go quickly. Better yet, come for the spaghetti dinner at 5:00 pm so you’ll be there and ready when the auction opens at 6:00 pm!
March 13 – Donation Form Deadline
April 3 and 10 – Auction Catalog available for pickup during coffee hour
April 10, 11, and 14 – Donation Item Drop-off
April 16 – Spaghetti Dinner begins at 5:00 pm and Auction begins at 6:00 pm
Spaghetti Dinner: 5:00 pm – 6:00 pm
Silent Auction 6:00 pm – 7:00 pm
Kids entertainment 6:00 pm – 8:15 pm
Live Auction 7:15 pm
The Heads or Tails Raffle will be back!
Plan to bring the whole family. A special theme is being planned for children and child care for the youngest. Plan to arrive in time to enjoy the spaghetti dinner (meat or meatless) together with First UU friends (kids welcome!).
